I have braces at age 39. I went to 6 different orthodontists before I selected Dr. Silver. Why was I so picky? 2 of the orthos I went to charged outrageous prices (7,000 or more); at least 1 was clueless, another only worked 1 day a week; another office was so busy that I felt anonymous; finally, I found Dr. Silver thru a referral and ironically, although his office was by far the most modern and had the most up to date computers, his prices were the lowest and all of his quotes were by far the least expensive, and he was in-network. His staff took x-rays and pictures of my profile during my consultation at no cost, and Dr. Silver spent a good half hour or longer looking at my teeth -- his initial comment was he didn't think I needed to spend the money on braces and he thought my teeth were fine. But, I insisted and he found a way to make it work. He is not in the business to only make money; he really loves what he does; and he is patient and kind. I highly recommend him.

We moved to Georgia a little over a year ago and had been searching for a good Ortho to complete treatment of my daughters braces. After visiting a number of dentist, we decided to visit Dr. Silvers. The staff was very welcoming and respectable. We did not have to wait long. They sent the paper work prior to her appointment and when we arrived they knew who she was and treated her pleasantly. Most Ortho's were trying to charge me as much as it cost to put the braces on, but Dr. Silver did not do that, he based on exactly what treatment was left. My daughter was very happy with her visit and excited about being treated by Dr. Silver.

If you are looking for a doctor who will treat you as more that just a number, look no further!! Dr. Silver and his staff are great. They make having braces fun. They have treated 2 of my children, and I have no complaints. My daughter has finished with treatment and has a beautiful smile. Quality care at an affordable price. Truly a great experience.

I went to see Dr. Silver because I was insecure about my overlapping bottom teeth and small gap in my front teeth, but I didn't know where I'd get the money for braces. Dr. Silver looked at my teeth and x-rays and told me my problem is so minor that he doesn't think I need any work done, but if I did want to, what he could do and for how much.

It was SO nice to get an honest person not just looking to make money. He actually comforted my insecurity. I'm very happy with Dr. Silver and his staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Hi all,

Thank you for the orthodontist recommendations a while back. After interviewing several we settled on Dr. Silver by the mid-town movie theater. I just left there this morning and was reminded how happy we have been with this choice. Dr. Silver and his staff are so lovely. My son and I have had our braces for about 3 months and everything has gone very smoothly. We never wait and they are incredibly flexible about scheduling - my son has only had to miss school once when he broke one of his braces. Dr. Silver was also the most economical of the four orthodontists we interviewed. The staff takes care of all the insurance papers for you and the whole staff is really positive and caring. I definitely suggest you put him on your short list of people to consider if you or your child needs an orthodontist!
