Silver Smiles Scholarship Award

Dr. Arthur Silver will award a $1000 scholarship to one qualifying individual. Applicant must complete and send in the award application, along with a sealed transcript, letter of acceptance from the college you will be attending, and a letter of recommendation. Scholarship packets must be in the office by 5:00 PM on May 10, 2010. Incomplete and late applications will not reviewed.
